His authentic costume includes Tux Pants with sequins, a sequin cummerbund, and shirts covered in sequin and glass beaded fringe.

Without trying Mark sounds like Neil; audience members can close their eyes and take a trip back in time to 1979. When their eyes open, they may believe they are hearing and seeing Neil Diamond in his prime. Mark imitates Neil's "hay day" of the late 70's.
